Breakfast Smoothie


2 cups berries, frozen
2/3 cup coconut, unsweetened shredded
1 cup almond milk, unsweetened, (canned coconut milk if you want more calories/fat)
2 large free-range eggs


  1. Fill a blender with the frozen berries and quickly pulse with a little hot water to break them up.
  2. Add shredded coconut, eggs, and almond milk.
  3. Continue to blend until smooth, and divide into two glasses.
